ABOUT US

ABSL Kosovo is an independent, non-governmental, and non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the growth and competitiveness of Kosovo's Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO), Shared Service Centers (SSC), and Research and Development (R&D) sectors.

Our Mission
We strive to establish Kosovo as a prominent outsourcing and innovation hub by leveraging our youthful workforce, cost-competitive labor market, and strategic geographical location in the Western Balkans.

ABSL in Europe now comprises of sister organizations operating in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, North Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, DACH (Austria, Germany and Switzerland), as well as Australia and New Zealand.
