On April 15, we brought together key representatives from the private sector, public institutions, and the digital ecosystem to mark an important milestone and collectively shape the future of Kosovo’s ICT and BPO sector.
The keynote session highlighted Kosovo’s growing potential as a competitive nearshoring destination, emphasizing the importance of institutional support, investment promotion, and stronger alignment between industry needs and workforce development.
The panel discussion focused on consolidating the BPO sector in Kosovo addressing current challenges such as skills gaps and market fragmentation, while exploring concrete solutions and opportunities for growth, innovation, and regional positioning.
A Legal Guide to Investing in Kosovo, delivered by Shoqëria e Avokatëve “Vokshi & Lata”, provided practical insights for businesses and investors, shedding light on the regulatory framework and opportunities for entering and expanding in the market.
Adding an interactive dimension, Dr. Rita Parashumti introduced practical “exercise snacks” and smart lifestyle tips, reminding us of the importance of well-being in high-performing professional environments.
The event concluded with Data4X, presenting key findings from the Kosovo Digital Economy Overview Report, offering valuable data and insights to inform future strategies and decision-making in the sector.
